Pricing
Friday & Saturday
Entire venue for 12 hours. Extra set up time 125.00/hr(minimum 3 hours).
Monday - Thursday
Entire venue for 12 hours. Extra set up time 125.00/hr(minimum 3 hours).
Monday - Sunday
Lobby only. 10-50 guests. Minimum 4 hours.Special pricing if reserved within two weeks of event.
A 50% down payment + sales tax is required to reserve venue. When contract is signed and date is reserved balance due 30 days prior to event + sales tax. If the event is cancelled 90 days before the event, and the event is pre-paid, 50% of the rental amount will be refunded.
We accept cash, credit card and checks. We currently accept the following cards: visa, mastercard, amex, discover. (please note a 4% fee will be added to all credit card transactions)
Credit card will be held on file for damage deposit. No exceptions.
Black or white linens provided for rental – $12.50 each.
Cleaning fee – entire venue $300.00.
Cleaning fee – lobby only $200.00.
You may bring alcohol for your event. No alcoholic beverages can be sold at the event, per alcoholic beverage control. Wildflower event venue does not have a liquor permit.
We encourage our clients to get creative with their décor. We want your event to be as special and memorable as you can imagine it to be. There are only a few things that we ask that you take into consideration.
Any decorations/ or equipment brought in by either you or an outside vendor must be removed immediately after event.
No adhesives may be used to affix décor on walls, ceilings, rafters. If the walls become damaged, we will have to consider this when returning your security deposit.
No fire candles are allowed…only battery powered can be used.
You, the caterer, the dj and live entertainment are responsible for moving all items you bring in at the end of the event. All items must be taken off the tables and all trash removed – either disposed of in the dumpster located at the back of the parking lot or offsite. Failure to remove trash may incur and additional charge or loss of deposit.
Wildflower has active cameras on 24 hours a day for security in the facility for your protection as well as ours.

Our Space
Wildflower is a distinctive and desirable event space. Balancing upscale ambiance with eye catching décor and modern flare. The space offers custom interiors true to the name, with a large food and wet bar, specialty lighting and HomeTroniX audio visual elements. The caterer’s kitchen is commercial grade and well equipped including 2 professional warmers, 2 refrigerators, worktable and an icemaker. The bathrooms are oversized and well appointed with the women’s featuring a back lit mirror, lounge seating and art. The beautiful epoxy floors are a work of art in and of themselves. The banquet room features a dance floor with led lighting behind the raised stage. The venue is equipped with two large Apple TV monitors, one at the wet bar and one in the banquet room. Wildflower Event Venue creates exciting energy for your corporate and private events.
